Sourced from the high elevations of Ethiopia’s Guji region, this single-origin coffee offers crisp notes of stone fruit and orange zest, grounded by soft milk chocolate and a clean floral finish. It is elegant, elevated, and endlessly drinkable, with the clarity of a forest sunrise and the quiet strength of granite in morning light.

Grown in the Shakiso district of Guji at 1,850–2,100 meters and processed at the Hadeso washing station using a washed method, Half Dome carries a Q-Grade of 87.5. It is a bright, clean expression of Ethiopia’s highland character, precision-roasted in small batches in the USA.
